By the end of this one day workshop you will be able to

  • Understand and practice all 4 elements of the conversation cycle
  • Look at how to build amazing rapport with customers
  • Explore the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Understand the importance of using positive language
  • listen more effectively including active v passive listening
  • look at a range of effective questioning  techniques e.g. open questions, probing questions
  • look at your own preferred learning style and how this can be used to communicate more effectively
